We specialize in super fun weddings filled with mouth-watering Central Texas-Style BBQ, paired with classic cocktails and homestyle desserts.  Our weddings take place in unique Spaces, Like Rooftop Farms, Restored Barns, And Rustic Lofts. Best of all, as a full service caterer, 
we handle everything from the servers to the rentals.

The first step is to learn about our two styles of service:

Full Service Catering

Most of our couples book us for full service catering. This means that we not only provide the food and beverage, but we also book all of the staff, coordinate the rentals (tables, chairs, etc), and more. This leaves you to book your venue, entertainment, and decoration. When couples book this style of service, they generally spend between $45 and $75 per guest on food. When we add additional expenses such as staffing and rentals, the total comes out between $125 and $200 per guest.

Drop Off Catering

Some of our couples prefer drop off catering. This means that we'll work with you on a menu and delivery time, and drop it off to your venue. This style of catering is great for more casual weddings, 'Smorgasburg' style affairs, or instances when you already have a catering service in place and simply want some BBQ! When couples book this style of service, they're generally spending between $45 and $75 per guest, including delivery fees.

Cocktail Hour
For many guests, the cocktail hour is the first interaction they have with Delaney Barbecue. We have a constantly evolving menu of passed bites that focuses on local produce and seasonality. Our most popular item is our pickled deviled eggs, but we can put together just about anything you can dream up.

Dinner & Dessert
Our main course is certainly what will keep your guests talking for years to come. We serve a selection of our smoked meat with seasonal veggie-focused sides either family style or as a buffet, and finish the evening with the most dreamy pies possible. For those looking for something a bit more classic, we also make beautiful buttercream cakes.

Bottoms Up
We range from DIY to full-service when it comes to the bar. Our packages span from a beer and wine bar, complete with soft drinks and juice, to a fully staffed cocktail program where talented mixologists execute any libation your guests can dream up.

Typically the best case scenario for wedding food is that people don’t complain about it, but Delaney’s insanely beautiful brisket (and pork, and mac & cheese, and potato salad, and pies, and oh my god seriously the brisket) changed that in a big way. We got married nearly a year ago and people still talk about the food. We honestly can’t recommend it enough - it’s the best way to feed a big group without sacrificing the quality of the food, period.

Pricing & getting started

Pricing

Our pricing is always custom. If you want us to be your caterer, we'll do what it takes to make it happen. When we just offer food it can range from $45 to $75 per guest. If we add drinks, staffing and rentals, the total price can range from $125 to $200, depending on your package.

Getting Started

To get started, click the link below. We will get in touch, and swap wedding ideas. Together we'll create a custom quote, and work with you to revise it until it's just right. The next step will be to come in for a tasting. Yum! Then, if the stars align, you lock in the date.

In the months leading up to the wedding we'll visit your venue, create a floor plan, and schedule the entire affair. We'll also finalize your menu, guest count, and help you pick out all of your rentals from the salad fork to the napkins.
