What We Do

Our specialty is fastidiously prepared Central Texas-style BBQ classics including slow smoked brisket and fall-off-the-bone ribs. We make elegant hors d'oeuvres, serve mean drinks, and mouthwatering desserts. Best of all, we do all of this with a focus on hospitality, service, and ambience. For weddings, we offer two types of service:

Full Service Catering

We offer full service catering for most of our couples. This means that we not only provide the food and beverage, but we also book all of the staff, coordinate the rentals (tables, chairs, etc), and more. This leaves you to book your venue, entertainment, and decoration. Here's a bit about our food:

Drop Off Catering

Some of our couples prefer drop off catering. This means that we'll work with you on a menu and delivery time, and drop it off to your venue. This style of catering is great for more casual weddings, 'Smorgasburg' style affairs, or instances when you already have a catering service in place and simply want to supplement in BBQ!

Cocktail Hour
For many guests, the cocktail hour is the first interaction they have with Delaney Barbecue. We have a constantly evolving menu of passed bites that focus on local produce and seasonality. Our most popular items is our pickled deviled eggs, but we can put together just about anything you can dream up.

Dinner & Dessert
Our main course is certainly what will keep your guests talking for years to come. We serve a selection of our smoked meat with seasonal veggie-focused sides either family style or as a buffet, and finish the evening with the most dreamy pies possible. For those looking for something a bit more classic, we also make beautiful buttercream cakes.

Bottoms Up
We range from DIY to full-service when it comes to the bar. Our packages span from a beer & wine bar, complete with soft drinks and juice to a fully staffed cocktail program where talented mixologists execute any libation your guests can dream up.
