Thanks for purchasing one of the Delaney BBQ whole cuts!


How to Reheat Brisket & Turkey

  1. Unwrap the brisket or turkey from its packaging.
  2. Place it on a sheet tray, and in a 250 degree oven on the top rack.
  3. On the lower rack place a pan filled with water.
  4. Heat the turkey or brisket until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. 
  5. For faster reheating, you can cut the whole brisket or turkey into smaller pieces!
