How to Reheat Brisket & Turkey
- Unwrap the brisket or turkey from its packaging.
- Place it on a sheet tray, and in a 250 degree oven on the top rack.
- On the lower rack place a pan filled with water.
- Heat the turkey or brisket until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
- For faster reheating, you can cut the whole brisket or turkey into smaller pieces!
