Delaney Restaurant Group, the company responsible for managing operations for James Beard Award nominated Delaney Barbecue, and Delaney Chicken, is looking to hire a Kitchen Manager who will be overseeing the operations for our commercial kitchen.
Our commercial kitchen is the nucleus of our business. It produces food in bulk for each of our restaurants, and is also the life blood of our catering company. It needs to run like clock work and we’re looking for father time.
Our ideal candidate will spend part of their time actively producing food and leading our kitchen team. And the other part of their time will be spent developing and refining the operational and financial side of our infrastructure.
We’re looking to have a production-oriented chef with an extreme eye for detail, amazing communication skills, world class leadership ability, and clean & timely work habits join our team.
