Cook / Pitmaster & Carver

Delaney BBQ is looking for a cook/pit master & carver to join our growing culinary team; to help with butchery, the preparation of our sides, and the cooking of various meats.

Our ideal candidate possesses:
• Great multi-tasking skills
• Previous relevant experience
• Solid knife
 skills
• Flexible working schedule
• Baking background

Duties and responsibilities are:
• Preparing and cooking sides accurately & according to recipes
• Helping with the overall cleanliness in the kitchen
• Butchering and seasoning of meats
• Baking pies
• Accomplishing other duties as needed and directed

Job Requirements
• 1 - 2 years in a professional kitchen
• NYC Foods Handlers Certification
