I'd be lying if I said that tomato season wasn't my favorite of all seasons. They've been ripe and in season for a few weeks now, and now they're on the menu at BrisketTown. Our tomato salad appetizer is a medley of sweet heirlooms of assorted color, tossed lightly in a beef fat infused vinaigrette, sitting atop a house-made aioli and topped with sea salt and herbs. It's silly how good it is.
As of September 5th, 2014 it's on the menu as a special. We'll be serving it as long as the tomatoes are speaking to us.
